• Cancellation is only accepted in 7 days of delivery. (Attention: NOT FREE TRIAL)
• Need to return in its original condition, or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Allow return for one time only.
• Seller is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

• 商品自收到商品隔日起，均享有7天猶豫期之權益（請注意，猶豫期非試用期！）
• 若退/換回之商品非全新狀態且包裝完整，將影響您的退貨權益及需負擔回復原狀之責任及金額。
• 一筆訂單可接受一次退貨
• 賣家會負責退回的運費

 

 

International 國際

• Cancellation / Exchange is only accepted in 7 days of receiving the order.
• Need to return in its original condition, or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The order needs to return within 14 days after receiving the order, or the cancellation / exchange request will be cancelled. (base on the date of dispatch)
• Allow return for one time only.
• BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

• 商品自收到商品隔日起，7天內可聯絡退款 / 換貨
• 若退/換回之商品非全新狀態且包裝完整，將影響您的退貨權益及需負擔回復原狀之責任。
• 商品需於收到後14日寄回（以郵出日期計算），否則退貨/退款之安排會被取消
• 一筆訂單可接受一次退貨
• 買家需負責退回的運費

Items not available for Refund / Return 以下商品恕不接受退貨、換貨

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Consumables (like battery, candles, cosmetics)
• Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
• Modified items by customer

 

以下商品不作換貨及取消訂單，因為商品性質關係，除非收到時有破損，否則不接受換貨或取消訂單：

• 客製化商品
• 易腐壞的商品（如食物、花）
• 消耗品（如電池、 蠟燭、美妝品類）
• 貼身物品（衛生理由）
• 經顧客自行加工後的商品
