About Shipping 有關寄送

• Products will be shipped with envelop or paper box, depending on size.
• Being more environmental friendly, reused and clean wrapping bubble paper will be used.
• For posters, will be rolled and ship in paper box. Card board is not included. That's why the price is lower than in market events.

• 商品會以信封或紙箱包裝，視乎尺寸而定
• 愛護地球，會重用乾淨的氣泡紙包裝商品
• 海報：會捲起來放進紙箱寄出，不包含厚紙版，所以價格會稍低於市集販售

Normal products: 1-2 business day before shipping

• Cancellation / Exchange is only accepted in 7 days of receiving the order.
• Need to return in its original condition, or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The order needs to return within 14 days after receiving the order, or the cancellation / exchange request will be cancelled. (base on the date of dispatch)
• Allow return for one time only.
• BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

• 商品自收到商品隔日起，7天內可聯絡退款 / 換貨
• 若退/換回之商品非全新狀態且包裝完整，將影響您的退貨權益及需負擔回復原狀之責任。
• 商品需於收到後14日寄回（以郵出日期計算），否則退貨/退款之安排會被取消
• 一筆訂單可接受一次退貨
• 買家需負責退回的運費
